Desmo provided design, procurement, (ex works) and associated technical services for the installation of Keraben ventilated cladding for the new Prestige Assurance building in VI Lagos.
We used two (2) tone Keraben ventilated cladding with Urban vision to the ground and 6th floor, and Urban beige to the middle floors.
The ventilated facades are aesthetically pleasing with the additional benefits in the speed and accuracy of its installation. It offers superior benefits over existing alternatives including high quality finishing, long lifespan and high acidic resistance.
