Founded in 1963 as a cooperative, Terre Cevico was established to produce wine from grapes grown by its member growers across Romagna. During the 1960s and 1970s, the company focused exclusively on bulk wine trading. A significant evolution came in the 1980s and 1990s, with the introduction of standard and large-format bottled wines. From 2000 onwards, responding to changing market demands, Terre Cevico expanded its offer to include wines packaged in bottles and cartons specifically for the HORECA channel.
Today, Terre Cevico operates as a group primarily based in Emilia-Romagna, with additional proprietary wineries in Veneto and Puglia. Its wines are distributed in around 90 countries worldwide, with a strong presence in key markets such as the United Kingdom, Japan, Sweden, Germany, and the United States. The group currently records a consolidated turnover of €70.9 million.
