We have just completed the supply and delivery of external and internal lights to the Wesley Cathedral in Lagos. The client approached us to provide lighting that would externally express the Christian doctrine that light will always prevail over darkness. (The building glows in an area of Lagos that is quite dark).

The high quality Castaldi lights supplied, lights up the building, drawing attention to its classic architectural lines. The internal Norlight lighting provided effectively illuminates the main church hall with diffused non-intrusive lights but bright enough to ensure everyone can read without high energy usage.

Desmo and its lighting partners worked together to meet all these requirements by supplying high quality floodlights and recessed lighting. We used Norlight Basi (BLAe) Luminose and QSD lights internally and Castaldi Naster, Egeo and flex lights to illuminate the columns, belfry and building surround.
The lights offer the functional quality and reliability with the ability to emit a diffused light beam, providing a luminous ribbon to underline the architectural elements of the building. It is designed to guarantee low temperatures on its external surface. All lights supplied are low energy consuming.
