Desmo UK provided high quality products for this luxury residential mansion in Accra Ghana. We supplied high quality ‘Trend’ swimming pool tiles to the outside pool as well as Travertino stone to columns and the pool surround. The residence driveway featured cobble stones in natural porfido, Travertino to terraces, the pool surround and external areas, and External plaster paint to ensure that the building remains impeccable and maintenance free. The building is an architectural spectacle that will be spoken about for a long time. The external lighting focused on the terrace pool area, the garden and parking areas and floodlights for the building. Our lighting solutions included outdoor ground recessed and wall recessed lights, low pole bollard and wall mounted lights for the car park, steps, building surround and garden areas.
Internally, we supplied floor finishes, lights, and doors. The windows were high specification with double glazed units with heights of up to 3m. We also supplied high quality veneered walnut Panto doors and frosted glass doors. The floor finishes included special limestone from Iveco and real wood parquet flooring finished in walnut.
