Completed in the middle of 2009, we provided and managed the entire interior design of the penthouse offices of the president including specification of all materials for the fit-out, overseeing the design development and administering the procurement process. Through in-depth market knowledge and attention to detail we procured all the furniture of the penthouse offices, lights and supplied and installed the kitchen.
All materials were high end exclusive furniture retailed by the world renowned names such as Vitra, Knoll, Cassina, Giorgetti, Giorgio Collection, Capellini etc. We worked with Delta of Belgium on the lights and Astra of Italy on the Kitchen! We also supplied and installed all the office furniture in the remaining floors.
Our brief was to provide furniture that reflects the excellent and progressive image of Zenon but still ensure productivity and functionality is not compromised. The lights for the rest of the building was planned and specified by Desmo and Le Luci Contracts to match the desired illumination for the occupiers!
We had this project covered ensuring our client and his project team minimum fuss and excellent value for money. This is one of our flag ship projects in Nigeria for which we have contributed immensely. We are very proud to have added such a master piece to the Nigerian environment.
